LHK Interiors was established in 2004. We are headquartered in Modesto, California. LHK specializes in custom residential design with extensive experience in kitchen and bathroom remodels. In addition, we’ve designed commercial office renovations and banquet facility refreshes for key corporate clients. Initial Consultation – $375
Every project begins with the Initial Consultation, a 2-hour working meeting. At this initial walk through, we will discuss what is or is not working for you in the space. This is a great jump start where we can assist with items such as selecting paint colors, sketch layout ideas, determine your style and function of the space. During this time we will list out the scope of work along with your wish list. You will receive valuable information that can then be implemented on your own or with LHK Interiors. We follow up with a summary of the notes and recommendations discussed at the consultation via email.
The next step is when the design work really begins! We hit the ground running with planning, drafting, ordering samples, meeting with trades, selecting products, and fine-tuning all of the details. This work is all done “behind the scenes” to prepare for the presentation. We will estimate hours to achieve a full presentation.
